This smooth, balanced and versatile whiskey has a mash bill of 67% rye and 33% , all locally grown in Virginia. Nose of Black tea, pine, light honey, & cookie dough with a hint of cinnamon. Palate of Herbal tea, floral, cracked pepper, and lightly sweet with spice. Finish is Spicy and warm with a lingering spicy sweetness.
