Assertive aromas of orange peel, lemon, chalk and minerals, complicated by yeasty and smoky nuances. Fresh, juicy and precise, with firm acidity and lovely intensity. Not especially complex, but spicy, tangy and persistent.
The nose is a wild and wooly mix of popcorn, hay and cured meat. Apple and some fast-fading citrus make up the flavor profile, while it finishes dull. Fairly forceful with a relentless attack in terms of bubbles and acidity.
