Pascual Toso Brut
Appearance: Clear and bright with greenish colors reflecting on its overall pale yellow appearance. Bouquet: The yeasts which are used integrate perfectly well with the varietal properties of the base wine, providing a delicate harmony that combines this sparkling wine bouquet with the great properties of the base wine, which slowly get more complex during its development in the bottle. Taste: Pleasant, fresh and velvety in mouth; it drinks easily. Its aroma and its flavor are very well supplemented, resulting in remarkable harmony with time, thus enhancing its quality.
Burnt popcorn and some ammonia make the nose fairly harsh. Time softens it a bit as it yields to green-fruit flavors. Finishes dry as a soda cracker, with some Old World touches. Not an easy wine to enjoy; it's very lean and underdeveloped.
Soft in texture, with modest biscuit and apple notes. Easy finish. Drink now.
