Jailbreak Brewing Company Clearly Righteous IPA

Bursting with contemporary hop aromatics, Clearly Righteous serves as our modernized take on the classic West Coast IPA. We've kept the lean body of the style, but fermented with English ale yeast and increased the hopping rate to something close to, but not quite, hazy standards. Instead of the well-worn path of C hops (Cascade, Centennial, Columbus, Chinook, etc.), Clearly Righteous will feature hops such as Strata, which showcase a generally more intense, tropical fruit-forward hop character. The decidedly drier finish also has the byproduct of enhancing drinkability. If one thing is for sure, it's that this beer is Clearly Righteous!
