This small batch, single malt whisky gains its distinctive character from local Chardonnay wine casks that bring forward earthy and grassy flavors. Tasting Notes: Strong, fruity aroma, combined with earthy notes. Apricot and peach pair with a bouquet of white flowers, are followed by a light citrus and a slight mineral flintiness in the background. On the palate, a medium body. Delicate notes of oak are accompanied by dried apricots, lemongrass and a pleasant earthiness. A long finish.
