he Les Échansons cuvée is a tribute to sommeliers and ambassadors of great Champagnes around the world. The title “Echanson” was given to the officer in charge of wine service at the Court of the Kings of France. He had to manage the cellar, choose the wines, taste them and have them appreciated. Only made in very good years, the blend favors wines with an exemplary aging capacity. The most elegant Chardonnays are blended with the most powerful and racy Pinot Noirs.
