Château Haut Guillebot Blanc

A blend of Semillon and Sauvignon Blanc, this crisp white Bordeaux exhibits the gravel-like nuances of a more expensive Graves. It gives a nice hint of fig, melon and green grass on the palate, and is perfect for oysters on the half shell as well as sushi.
