Inexcusably large amount of sediment and floating debris displayed. Subtle bouquet is lightly peppery and mildly herbal; aeration releases aromas of fennel, green onion, Sherry and oak resin. Palate entry is oily/creamy and moderately sweet; midpalate shows green vegetable, Sherry/honey, and herbal agave flavors. Finishes sweetly.
