Cooperstown Distillery Jonathan Ogden Elite Edition Canton Distillery Straight American Single Malt Whiskey

Excellence is an understatement. To celebrate Jonathan Ogden's career, and the greatness of all those in Canton alongside him, Jonathan hand-picked this Elite Edition Canton Distillery (Brand) Straight Bourbon Whiskey as his personal preference to share with you. A 100% New York State Straight Bourbon Whiskey produced from local grains, this masterfully-crafted bourbon is made from a proprietary four-grain mash bill of 65% corn, and 35% oats, rye, and barley. This premium small batch bourbon is aged in new charred oak barrels and was specifically selected by Jonathan Ogden. This distinguished whiskey is overflowing with copious notes of clove and allspice on the front end, finishing gently with hints of burnt caramel, butterscotch, and honey.
