Compass Box Hedonism 2025

Initial waves of caramel, leading into a heart of pure peach puree, cocoa and pear. Chocolate mousse arrives on the palate, joined by nutmeg-inflected custard. The finish freshens to white grape, Fuji apple and vanilla. Indulge hedonistically with parmesan as always or indulge with some Pastel de Nata to play with the texture of the whisky. Dried fruit such as apricots help to draw out the fruit notes or dive straight in with some salted caramel pots de crème.
