High West Distillery Cask Collection Chardonnay Barrel

A blend of straight bourbon whiskeys aged 4-9 years, finished in Chardonnay barrels for 11 months-blended and specially selected from the Mountains of Utah. Tasting Notes: Aromas of guava, honeydew melon, dried apricot dipped in white chocolate, wildflower honey, licorice twist, stroopwafels and late summer day. On the palate, passion fruit, mango smoothie by the pool, pasture-raised melons, membrillo, honey syrup, pastry dough and mead. A finish of Turkish delight, peaches flambé and toasted oak.
