This sipping-style gin is aged in a used XO Cognac cask imported from France for a year. The botanical mix was carefully selected to pair with the extracted Cognac congeners for an incredibly bold and complex gin that drinks more like a Cognac or Whiskey than a traditional gin. The Reserve is our most deliciously extravagant gin yet. Bold nosing of baking spices, dark fruit and hints of juniper. Opens with a rich mixture of cinnamon and Valencia Oranges on the palate. Light floral, apple and pear notes in the body. Complex finish with light spice of cardamom and cassia with just a hint of delicate French Oak Wood tanins.
