Layers of liquorice, spices, soy sauce and herbs emerge from the core with aeration Palate: Medium-bodied, the palate features rich, plush, ripe fruit flavours of dark red berries, black cherries and plums entwined with herbs, spices liquorice and pepper. The fruit succulence is enhanced by discreet acidity, and is balanced by fine-grained, supple tannin extraction. The structure has the firmness and drive to carry the flavours to a softly concentrated, long lingering finish of plums, cherries and liquorice. This is a rich, plush, dark-fruited Pinot Noir with complexing herb nuances and fine structure.
