NOSE: Cigar ash, mineral, smoked ribs, lemon cake, cocoa, fresh leather.
PALATE: Citric custard, smoke and ash, lemon zest. It’s meaty but not oily, good mouthfeel. Lots of white pepper tingle.
FINISH: Long, sweet and dry, citric acid and ash.
