A blend of selected Highland malts from the proprietor's "own special reserve," this is a complex, lovely sipper to savor. The rich bouquet offers dried apricot, sherry, vanilla and baked apple. The robust, rounded palate is relatively dry, resonating with almost Bourbon-like leather, tobacco, tea and oak, finishing in long, mouthwatering notes of orange peel and spice, and just a hint of peat.
